Sales Consultant – Lilongwe branch
Responsible for driving branch sales, achieving sales targets, coordinating sales activities, and managing team performance. The role includes building relationships with employers and clients, processing loan applications accurately, supporting sales campaigns, assisting with collections and reporting, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for implementing and administering Compliance Management for the Company in accordance with Select Africa Group policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with all applicable Malawi laws and regulations.
